Emraan Hashmi is back, but this time as an invisible man in Vishesh Films Mr.X. The serial kisser’s 3D sci-fi thriller ‘Mr. X’ is directed by Vikram Bhatt. Mr.X is produced by Mahesh Bhatt and presented by Mukesh Bhatt under Vishesh Films banner released today. The story of ‘Mr. X’, revolves around a man who gains the power of invisibility, and becomes a vigilante to take revenge on those who have wronged him.
A young couple who are government officers dedicated to the nation. Also impassioned about their work and each other. All that changes in an instant in the face of a shocking betrayal. A potent solution is discovered by the young man, in the form of invisibility. He can use it either for great good or it can turn him into an Evil entity. which does he choose?
Mr. X, is a righteous officer with the anti-terrorist squad. A traumatic incident where he is seriously injured changes his life forever. A betrayal that almost kills him. Mr. X is fighting for his life and, he is given an experimental treatment that reacts adversely with him. His cells stop reflecting light and he turns invisible. Now he can only be seen in direct sunlight and blue light. Soon Mr.X evolves into an entity, who uses his powers to unveils the people who had betrayed him.
Raghuram Rathod or Mr. X(Emraan Hashmi) is an ATD officer and madly in love with his colleague Siya Varma(Amyra Dastur). The two very much in love couple become enemies when Raghuram assassinates the chief minister on the say so of the head of ATD(Arunoday Singh). Arunoday Singh plays a devious, menacing, cold-blooded villain in Mr. X. He is MR.X’s nemesis. You will have to watch the film to know how?
Script of Mr. X is written by Shagufta Rafique and it is directed by Vikram Bhatt. The soundtrack of Mr. X is composed by Jeet Ganguly, Ankit Tiwari and Ankur Tiwari. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt makes his debut as a playback singer. The songs are good, ‘Tu Jo Hain’ by Ankit Tiwari is ruling the charts.
Emraan Hashmi is good as the new superhero Mr.X. Amyra Dastur is there to add glamour to the thriller. The makers have added some intimate scenes between the two lead character, to keep the fans happy. Arunodaya Singh adds the right amount of menace to the film, but Mr X somehow misses to make the mark. The 3D effects will get the audience to the theaters. We shall wait and watch how far it will be accepted by the viewers.
Watch ‘Mr X’ if you are Emraan Hashmi fan, but do not keep your hopes too high.
