Box Office Report : Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan First Day Collections

Salman Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ hit the screen on Friday the 17th July, 2015. Salman Khan who gives his fans special Eidi with his film releases every year, chose an Eid release for Bajrangi too.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan has got fantastic response on the first day of its release and has collected Rs. 27.25 crore (pre-eid collections). However, the real test of the film, will be on July 18, when Ramzan is finally over. Thus Saturday and Sunday collections are what the eyes of the makers are on.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the figures on Twitter :

Though the film failed to beat ‘Baahubali’ collections, it has created history in the international markets.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan has become Salman Khan’s second biggest opener as far as Box Office collections are concerned. His last collaboration with Kabir Khan, Ek Tha Tiger, had netted an amount of Rs. 32.93 crore on its opening day.
