Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi-starrer ‘Bank Chor’ took a very slow start at the box office. The movie has received mixed reviews, and there were expectations that the film might show a growth on its second day. But, unfortunately, the film has even failed to show a good growth on Saturday.
The movie on its second day collected Rs 1.60 crore approx, taking the two-day total to Rs 3 crore which is quite bad, looking at the promotions of the film. And today being the final match between India and Pakistan, of Champions Trophy, we don’t think anybody will be going for the movie. Looks like ‘Bank Chor’ won’t be able to collect even Rs 5 crore in its first weekend which is sad as this one is surely an entertaining film.
As the weekend is not strong, we wonder if the film will be stable at the box office over the weekdays. (Also Read: Did ‘Bank Chor’ manage to steal good numbers on its first day? Find out)
