After wowing us with their innovative marketing strategy, Y-Films released their movie ‘Bank Chor‘ last Friday and it received mixed reviews. But, if you have to talk about the box office collection, then the movie has not done a good business. It failed to pick up in the first weekend and weekdays were even low. The total first week collection of the movie is Rs 7-7.25 crore nett and it’s not a really impressive figure. The movie is directed by Bumpy, produced by Ashish Patil and stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Rhea Chakraborty in main roles. Talking about last month’s release ‘Hindi Medium’ starring Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar in the lead, the fifth week collection is Rs 3.25 crore nett and that takes the total five week business to Rs 62.50 crore nett. Now, with Salman Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ releasing today, these films will might stand a chance to earn more.
