‘Dear Zindagi’ shows a fantastic jump on day 2

Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’ started on a decent note at the box office. It collected Rs. 8.75 crore on its first day, and showed an amazing jump on Saturday.

On its second day, the film has collected around Rs. 11.25 crore, taking the two-day total to Rs. 20 crore. The film will surely show a good growth today as well, and we can expect it to collect more than what it collected on Saturday. The film might collect around Rs. 32-33 crore in its first weekend which is quite good looking at the target audience and the screen count.

Shah Rukh Khan’s star power plus good content will surely make ‘Dear Zindagi’ a success at the box office. Even the reviews of the film have been good, and the positive word mouth has worked wonders for the movie.

‘Dear Zindagi’ will be Alia Bhatt’s third hit this year, after ‘Kapoor & Sons’ and ‘Udta Punjab’.
