This was a rather dull week at the box-office. Even with three releases including ‘Veerappan‘ ‘Phobia’ and ‘Waiting’, none of them managed to make an above average business.

Out of the three, it was Ram Gopal Verma’s ‘Veerappan’ that had the best collections but also had by far the widest release. While ‘Veerappan’ managed to collect 1.25 crore on its fist day, ‘Phobia’ minted 20 lakhs and ‘Waiting’ too collected 20 lakhs on day one of its release.
With however, ‘Phobia’ and ‘Waiting’ getting good reviews, we are hoping for a rise in collection on Sunday.
