Films of two very different genres have hit the screens on September 16, ‘Pink’ and ‘Raaz reboot’. While the former starring Amitabh Bachchan had positive word of mouth in its favour, the Emraan Hashmi-starrer had the franchise factor. However, the first day collections of the film are quite low and it is something that we expected.
‘Pink’, on day one, has collected around Rs 4 crore which is low, but we are sure that the positive word of mouth and the amazing reviews will make the film grow over the weekend. The collection of ‘Pink’ is better than Big B’s last film ‘TE3N’.
On the other hand, the first day collection of ‘Raaz Reboot’ is disappointing. The movie is good in single screens, but still the collection is very low. The film has collected approximately Rs. 4.5-5 crore on day one which is very disappointing. The reviews are mixed, so we wonder if there will be any growth over the weekend.
