Prakash Jha’s ‘Jai Gangaajal’ earns Rs 11.75 crore in 2 days

Prakash Jha’s ‘Jai Gangaajal‘ starring Priyanka Chopra, Prakash Jha and Manav Kaul hit the theatres last Friday (March 4, 2016). Despite beginning on a promising note, the film didn’t quite live up to the expectations of the audience and the critics.

On the commercial front, the film earned Rs 5.50 crore on day 1. The Sunday collection of the film was Rs 6.25 crore. After running at the box office for two days, the film’s total collection is Rs 11.75 crore.

It is being predicted that the film will either have a slow growth or will have a downfall in the collection in the coming days. It had released in 2684 screens across India and around 300 screens overseas.
