A unique strategy to promote Randeep Hooda’s ‘Laal Rang’

Randeep Hooda who wowed the viewers in the trailer of his upcoming biopic ‘Sarbjit’, will also be seen in another hard-hitting film named ‘Laal Rang’. The movie is all about the menace of blood theft prevalent in Haryana and outskirts of Delhi. The producers of the film have come up with a unique plan to promote their film and also create awareness about blood donation. They will organize blood donation camps in colleges across Mumbai and Delhi.

The campaign has started in Delhi where the camp was organized in the IIT campus and a huge number of students participated and made it a success. The cast of the movie will be seen visiting these camps and interacting with the donors there. They will make them aware of the right ways to donate blood.

Director Syed Ahmad Afzal too added a few words, “This is probably the first time that a Hindi film is talking about blood theft. If through a film, we can give a correct message and do something for society along with entertaining people; there is nothing better than that.”

‘Laal Rang’ is slated to release on 22nd April.
