‘Hamari Adhuri Kahani’ gets ‘U’ certificate

Director Mohit Suri’s forthcoming directorial “Hamari Adhuri Kahani” has been given a ‘U’ certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification. The movie a love story that defines the true meaning of love, stars Emraan Hashmi, Vidya Balan and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles. It is produced by the Bhatt’s.

Mohit Suri said, “My film is a complete family movie. It is about love and longing. It questions the known meaning of what love between a man and woman should be because my film shows a married woman falling in love with a man after her husband disappears.”

Suri further added, “Even though he returns to her life after many years, he stakes claim over her because they are married. It’s a story that makes you think if marriage is the true culmination of love or is there a deeper meaning to love someone selflessly.”

“Hamari Adhuri Kahani” releases on June 12.
