Saif Ali Khan shot with Hezbollah militants in ‘Phantom’

Bollywood’s hot shot director Kabir Khan is smiling all the way to the bank with his recent release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Now the filmmaker is all geared up to release his next a thriller. Kabir Khan’s upcoming film ‘Phantom’ starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, is tackling the issue of terrorism.

Kabir Khan known for his fetish for keeping it real in his films had shot for ‘Phantom’ in Lebanon and Beirut for effects. Not only this he also made the actors shoot with real life militants, shocking but true.

Saif Ali Khan said, “When I picked up a conversation with one of the guys I was doing my action sequence with, he told me he is with the Hezbollah. Half the junior artistes and local supporting actors in the film belonged to some sort of an extremist faction. Kabir had met them somewhere, I guess. For most part of our shoot, I was just hoping no one shoots us.”

Hope this extra effort by Kabir Khan helps Phantom reap at the Box Office.
