Will it be Irrfan Khan or Randeep Hooda for Sarabjit’s biopic

Omung Kumar of ‘Mary Kom’ fame has decided to make a biopic on Sarabjit Singh, but his dream project before taking off has already landed into a controversy. Reportedly Sarabjit Singh’s sister Baljinder Kaur has sent a legal notice to the makers and actors of the biopic. Above all that Omung Kumar now has the pressure of looking for the right option for the lead man of his film.

The best choice to play the titular role of Sarabjit Singh is none other than Irrfan Khan. Irrfan is already on a high with the success of his films ‘Piku’ and ‘Jurassic World’. Another strong contender to the role is Randeep Hooda. Randeep Hooda has given an outstanding performance in ‘Highway’, ‘Main Aur Charles’ and ‘Rang Rasiya’.

Omung Kumar has as yet not zeroed onto any particular actor to depict the role of Sarabjit Singh. We think Irrfan Khan and Randeep Hooda are definitely names being considered by the filmmaker.
