A Biopic Made on Yo Yo Honey Singh – Is It for Real?

Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has made his mark in Bollywood within a short span of time. The singer whose numbers still rule the charts has been missing from Bollywood scenario since a long time now. His fans are eagerly awaiting the return of their favorite singer.

The singer was a hot favorite with most big stars, he had even collaborated with most bigwigs in Bollywood right from Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan to Amitabh Bachchan. Yo Yo disappearance from the Bollywood scenario had set the rumour mills buzzing with different versions. Some suggested that the singer had gone into depression after Shah Rukh Khan had slapped him in public, others suggested that he was in rehab for alleged drug abuse.

Now it seems that in an upcoming film a character has been inspired by Yo Yo Honey Singh. The movie The Spectacular Jihad Of Taz Rahim an Indo – American film has actor Rashsaan Islam, playing a character modeled on Honey Singh. Rashsaan Islam is playing the role of an aspiring singer in the film, he has admitted that his character – Taz is inspired from Yo Yo. While preparing for this role, Rahsaan used to listen to the rapper’s songs throughout the day. Actress Monica Dogra is also a part of this Indo American project.

But where is Honey Singh at the moment is truly a mystery.
