Aamir Khan is a true inspiration, says Sonam Kapoor

Aamir Khan is called a ‘perfectionist’, not only for his keenness towards perfection in his own performance but also because of his appreciation towards the newer generation of artists in Bollywood. Aamir has never hesitated to shower his appreciations on the young artists of Bollywood who often woo us with their scintillating on-screen performances. One such instance was when he tweeted about Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Raanjhanaa’.

“Last time Aamir tweeted for ‘Raanjhanaa’ and my life changed after that. Honestly, the kind of films I got and the appreciation I got after ‘Raanjhanaa’… that was really different”- stated Sonam.

Sonam’s upcoming film ‘Neerja’ where she essays the role of a brave air-hostess Neerja Bhanot, required her to work really really hard. “After ‘Neerja’ movie release, I am hoping for the same kind of thing. I respect Aamir a lot. I really look up to him and I respect his opinion and if he is endorsing ‘Neerja’, then I am really happy with it,”-she added.

Would Aamir be all praise for ‘Neerja’ as well? Time will tell us! The film, directed by Ram Madhvani, is slated to release on February 19, 2016.
