Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal and Diana Penty-starrer ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi‘ sequel to be shot in China

Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal and Diana Penty-starrer ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi‘, directed by Mudassar Aziz is soon to get a sequel and the filmmaker has already made plans for it.

The movie, which proved to be a money spinner at the box office, received some good reviews from critics and viewers alike. Following its success, the makers are now all planning to make the film’s sequel. And if reports are to be believed, Ali and Diana’s characters, who got married in the first part, will be going to China for their honeymoon in the sequel. A source close to the development said, “Ali and Diana are all set to shoot some major portions of the film in China. The film’s team is currently doing a recee there and will start the shoot in July.”

Reports also have it that the second part will see two new characters, and the rest of the actors including Abhay Deol, Diana, Ali, Jimmy Shergill and Piyush Mishra will repeat themselves.

Produced by Aanand L. Rai, the sequel is said to hit the theatres next year.
