Ali Fazal, the talented actor made his presence felt in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’. The actor was spotted by the talented director in a play and signed up for the hit flick. Since then the actor has not looked back. The Aamir Khan film was not the actors first in Bollywood, he revealed that it was Shah Rukh Khan who had given him his first break.
SRK had given Ali a lead role in ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi’, where he depicted the role of a young high school student. After that, he worked in a number of movies and even bagged a role in Hollywood’s popular franchise ‘Fast and Furious’.
Ali may have moved high on the ladder of fame, but he has never forgotten the man who gave him his first break. Thanking the Badshah, Ali said, “I thank Shah Rukh Khan for seeing something in me … And giving me the respect and opportunity at the time. I am a Fan always will be. More than the star, I admire his hard work and energy. He is like no other. And there is no other like me. I thank Shahrukh sir for being him.”
Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Fan’ is already a hit in the theaters.
