Post the ban on Pakistani actors in Indian cinema, Ali Zafar’s act in Gauri Shinde’s film ‘Dear Zindagi‘ was much talked about. Reports had it that Ali might get replaced in the film and his scenes would be shot again. Also, Ali was nowhere to be seen in ‘Dear Zindagi’ teasers and trailer and hence, these rumours caught momentum. But now, Alia Bhatt, who is the female lead in the film, has come out in open to clarify this rumours.
She recently revealed that Ali is not getting replaced by anyone and he is still the part of this film. She was quoted saying, “Nobody is being replaced. The film will release in its full form. There isn’t much conversation happening around who’s being replaced and who’s not. So, we can leave the edge of that topic for sometime since it has died down.”
