Alia Bhatt feels that there are better dancers and better bodies for item songs

After delivering three back-to-back hits this year, actress Alia Bhatt is at peace with herself. Recently, the actress was spotted at Kids’ Choice Awards and at ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9’ where she danced along with the contestants. Well, onscreen Alia has proved her mettle as a good dancer with songs like ‘Disco Deewane’, ‘Kar Gayi Chull’, ‘Gulaabo’ and ‘Radha Teri Chunari’, but we haven’t yet seen her do a full-fledged solo dance number like her contemporaries.

Speaking about the same with a leading daily, Alia said, “I haven’t done an item number, but there’s still a lot of time to do that. It will happen. There are better dancers and better bodies out there.”

She also talks about how the year has been a great one for her. “This year has been eventful, fruitful and satisfying. I think right now, I’m full of gratitude and joy. I feel a certain sense of… I wouldn’t say confidence, but I feel relaxed and at peace with the way things have been. Even if things were not good, like I had ‘Shaandaar’ (2015; the film flopped), my attitude has become more peaceful and at ease with everything related to my career. I’m really happy.” she revealed.

On the work front, Alia has ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ with Varun Dhawan in 2017 and ‘Dragon’ with Ranbir Kapoor.
