Alia Bhatt speaks up on rumours of her break-up with alleged boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra

Together or not, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra are one of the cutest and most gorgeous looking couples of Bollywood. Though they have never accepted being in a relationship, let alone commenting on the break-up, some rumours have always been doing rounds about the two. This time, however, Alia herself chose to speak up about the same. Read on to know what she said.

In an interview with a leading daily, the chirpy actress was asked if she had really broken up with Sidharth, or if the two were really together. Alia replied, “If you mean that he’s not in my life any longer, then that’s not true. He is still in my life. No broken ties.”

She further added, “Sid will always be a good friend. He is actually more than a good friend. He is very close to me. So we just great friends.”

So, what does that mean? Friends, more than friends, something more, or something else?

Well, we must say that Alia evaded the question quite smartly, once again managing to confuse the paparazzi on the matter. Quite diplomatic.

On work front, Alia will be next seen in Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’ which will see her taking guidance in life from Shah Rukh Khan, who plays kind of a life guru for her. The movie will hit the theatres of November 25.
