All is not well for Shah Rukh Khan – Alia Bhatt Starrer film?

Shah Rukh Khan feels lucky getting to play romantic characters as the ones he used to play in his mid 20’s at the age of 50. He has romanced many new actresses like Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and recently opposite Mahira Khan in his upcoming film ‘Raees.’  But his fans were more curious to see his pairing with the youngest star of the generation Alia Bhatt. Their chemistry was appreciated when they shared some fun moments on the Stage at a Bollywood award ceremony hosted by the ‘Dilwale’ star. The curiosity was raised more when it was announced that they are starring together in a project soon. But all is not well perhaps with this yet untitled project.

Gauri Shinde who made her debut with ‘English Vinglish,’ the comeback vehicle of Sridevi, had cast SRK and Alia Bhatt for her next directional venture. She claimed this project not having a typical candy floss romance theme. But there are rumours coming in that Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer this project has been shelved due to the creative differences between Gauri and producers.

The film was jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Shah Rukh Khan is busy these days with the promotions of his next production ‘Dilwale’ whereas Alia had shot for this project for a couple of days.

Still the confirmation is not received from anyone yet; the fans are expecting that it shouldn’t be shut down to experience this unusual Jodi on Screen.
