The whole country, including Bollywood, has been sharing its opinion on the unfortunate Uri attack, followed by political parties who are trying to take it all out on Pakistani actors working in Bollywood. While a few celebs support the ban on Pakistani artistes, some are against it. Amitabh Bachchan however refrains from answering any question related to the mishap.
The actor celebrates his 74th birthday and just like every other celebrity, Big B too was questioned about the Uri attack at a press conference at his house. The actor however did not wish to talk about it in detail and said, “With folded hands, I beg you to stop asking such questions! It is not the time to seek answers about who said what to whom and where and why. The country is incensed and angry with the recent incidents that have taken place on our borders. It is time to show solidarity, towards our jawans and our armed forces, who are fighting for the nation and sacrificing their lives so that you and me can be safe.”
