Amitabh Bachchan walks out of ‘Thug’?

We earlier reported that director Vijay Krishna Acharya was planning to bring Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan on board for his next film ‘Thug’ backed by a renowned production house. However, latest reports suggest that Bachchan has now opted out of the film.

The reason is being credited to frequent delays of the filming. A source revealed to a leading publication that the film’s schedule has already been pushed ahead quite a few times but it did not manage to go on floors yet. Hrithik right now is busy with his home production ‘Kaabil’ and promotions of his upcoming release ‘Mohenjo Daro’ will also begin soon.

Due to a jam-packed schedule ahead, Bachchan found it difficult to stick to the film’s changing schedules and has apparently walked out. After ‘Pink’ also starring Kirti Kulhari and Taapsee Pannu, he is said to have signed projects with R. Balki and Sujoy Ghosh; and will also start working on ‘Aankhen 2’.

However, there has been no confirmation on the same from the production house’s end.
