Anushka Sharma announces her next production venture titled ‘Pari’

Anushka Sharma’s last production venture, ‘Phillauri’, was not a super hit at the box office, but it did prove to be a profitable venture. The film starred Anushka in the lead role, and now the actress has announced her next production venture which is titled as ‘Pari’. Like her previous production ventures, this one too will feature Anushka in the lead role.

The movie will be co-produced by Anushka’s Clean Slate and KriArj Entertainment. Directed by debutant, Prosit Roy, it will also star Parambrata Chatterjee (‘Kahaani’ fame).

Talking about the film, Anushka said, “At Clean Slate Films, we focus on a good, engaging story above all else. With new talent, we get to work on newer ideas and innovative concepts. ‘Pari’ is a great script, and I have complete faith in Prosit’s vision as well as this collaboration with KriArj Entertainment.”

The shooting of the film kickstarts in June this year.
