Anushka Sharma’s ‘Phillauri’ successfully wrap its first schedule in Punjab

Anushka Sharma had successfully ventured into film production last year delivering an edge of the seat thriller like ‘NH10’ to her fans. After experimenting in the thriller genre, her next production ‘Phillauri‘ which stars her along with Diljit Dosanjh is a romantic comedy and has already started to raise the level of expectations of audiences ever since it has gone on floors. Unlike ‘NH10’, this Anshai Lal directorial debut has more elements of drama and craziness in it, according to Anushka who apparently may play the character of a ghost in it.

Recently, Anushka Sharma who had reported on the sets of ‘Phillauri’ after finishing the portions of her Eid release ‘Sultan’, today, took to her Instagram account to share a happy news regarding ‘Phillauri’. The actress-producer is elated that their first shooting schedule which had begun in Punjab has been wrapped up, and now they are all set to shift the location from Chandigarh to Patiala.

She shared a picture of the cheerful unit of ‘Phillauri’ who were more than happy on this completion. Have a look at the picture below:

‘Phillauri’ is set in the Phillaur district of Punjab where the residents are known as Phillauris. Apart from Anushka and Diljit, it also stars Suraj Sharma, popular for his role in survival drama ‘Life Of Pi’.
