Aww! Aamir Khan’s mother addressed him as Krishna when he was a child

Today, as actor Aamir Khan turned 52, he had a friendly conversation with media and he spoke about his plans for his birthday. Along with that, he also revealed something interesting about his childhood. Aamir stated that he was reading last night and as the clock struck 12, he fell asleep, so there was no midnight surprise. He also revealed that he is not high on birthday parties. Birthdays for him are usually like any normal day of his life. (Also Read: Finally! When he was quizzed about the gifts he received this year, he said that his mother gifts him yummy seekh kebabs every year.

But, the most amusing part was when he recalled an interesting incident about his childhood. He revealed that as a child, his mother used to call him Krishna.

He said that his mom used to call him by this name for two reasons. The first reason being that he used to eat a lot of butter and the second reason was that in school, he was always surrounded by girls. He used to go to the Petit school and since there were just three boys in the class, he used to have the company of girls majorly. His mother was introduced to his growing popularity among girls when she visited his school owing to a complain. That’s when she saw his popularity among girls and started addressing him as Krishna lovingly.
