Boman Irani bowes out of a Pakistani film. Here’s why!

Remember a month back, the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ director Kabir Khan was heckled at the Pakistan’s Karachi airport? So owing to this incident, Boman Irani who is always known to be a very affable actor, bowed out of a Pakistani film that he had agreed to be a part of.  The reason suspected for Boman’s exit from the film is that he was upset about the incident involving Kabir Khan.

The film’s director Azaan Sami Khan was shocked to discover that Boman Irani will no longer be working on the film. However, when probed further, the director said that it was a case of date issues and nothing else.

The film will be going on the floors from September and the filmmaker is now on a hunt for an actor to replace Boman. Let’s hope all gets fine soon and the director Azaan Sami finds a good replacement.

Political issues have always surfaced between India and Pakistan and we just hope that cinema is able to bridge the divide between the two warring nations.
