Breaking: Singer Mika Singh Arrested

Singer Mika Singh has been arrested by the Delhi police for assaulting a doctor during a concert. Mika Singh’s arrest comes after a case was registered against the singer for slapping a doctor in April 2015 during an event in Delhi. Singer Mika who was performing at a concert in South-West Delhi was booked for causing hurt and wrongfully restraining ophthalmologist Shrikant at the Pusa institute ground in Inderpuri.

Sources said, “In his complaint, Dr. Shrikant had said he was trying to communicate with a woman, who was participating in a gimmick that required segregation of male and female members of the audience. It was then that Mika summoned the doctor. When Dr. Shrikant went on stage at Mika’s insistence, he was first asked why he disagreed with the singer’s directions. He was then slapped and escorted away from the stage by two of Mika’s bouncers.”

The Delhi Police was forced to convert the complaint into a criminal case after a video pertaining to the incident emerged on the Internet.
