Can you guess who inspired Tusshar Kapoor to choose surrogacy?

Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor has turned father to a baby boy, with the help of IVF and surrogacy. The entire Kapoor family is elated with the newborn’s arrival and simply can’t get enough of Laksshya, their little bundle of joy But, do you know who was the man to enlighten and encourage Tusshar to try IVF? It is none other than filmmaker Prakash Jha.

“Last year, I went to Tirupati temple. I happened to meet director Prakash Jha. We were in the same flight. He told me about this procedure (IVF) and how one could be a single parent using the same. He also introduced me to a family who had used surrogacy to have a baby. I felt inspired and decided to go in for the same,” Tusshar revealed, during an interaction with the media.

Off late, many single individuals are opting for parenthood. However, it still is subject to many social taboos in India. With public figures also taking help of IVF, the stigma will hopefully die.
