Comedian Kiku Sharda confirms that Kapil Sharma has been hospitalised

Last we reported that Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma had made it to the sets of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to promote their film ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ but the shoot got cancelled. It was being cited that Kapil Sharma is running under a lot of mental stress and hence he was not able to shoot for the said episode. The shoot was then cancelled and SRK and Anushka were spotted leaving the sets disappointed. Following this, we have now learnt that Kapil Sharma has been hospitalised.

Kiku Sharda, who is also a part of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, confirmed the news to TOI. He was quoted saying, “Yes, Shah Rukh Khan was shooting in the Film City vicinity for some promo shoot last night. By the time he came on the sets, Kapil had already left for a checkup. He was feeling uneasy and the doctors advised him to get admitted. Kapil is still in the hospital and his family is with him. Now our regular shooting is on 11th and 13th July, but I don’t know which film’s star cast will be visiting our sets.” He has apparently been admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
