CONFIRMED! Deepika Padukone to reprise her role of Serena Unger in the sequel of ‘xXx’

Deepika Padukone made her Hollywood debut with one of the biggest names in Hollywood, Vin Diesel in ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’. Though the film tanked at the box office in India, Deepika, with her stint, managed to impress the international audience. Well, so much that the director of ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ has planned to rope in the actress for the fourth instalment of this franchise. At least this is what we gather from DJ Caruso’s recent tweets.

So DJ Caruso was having a conversation on Twitter over the fourth instalment of ‘xXx’ film wherein a fan of Deepika Padukone asked the director whether we will get to see Serena Unger aka Dippy in it or not. Much to our delight, the director gave an instant yes. He said that the stars would meet soon and will start working on the project.
