While it was reported that superstar Salman Khan is going to be a part of the third instalment of action thriller ‘Race 3’, reports suggest that the actor has not even been approached.
“We have not narrated any idea to Salman. We are yet to take a call on ‘Race 3’. Next year we will decide about the casting and other details of the film,” director duo, Abbas-Mustan revealed.
“The writers are working on the script. We haven’t heard the story so we can’t say anything about casting. There are reports that Salman is going to be part of the third part of the film but the fact is work is in progress so it’s too early to say anything,” they added.

The duo however also said that they would love to work with the ‘Dabangg’ star sometime.
While the first part of the series released in 2008, starring Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Bipasha Basu and Katrina Kaif in prominent roles, the sequel which released in 2013 featured Saif, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and Deepika Padukone in the lead.
