Contrary to reports, Ranbir Kapoor will not be hosting ‘Nach Baliye 8’

Yesterday, there were reports that Ranbir Kapoor will make his TV debut by hosting the opening episode of the next season of the reality show ‘Nach Baliye’. His fans were excited to see the actor finally making it to the small screen, but turns out, they will have to wait some more.

According to recent reports, Ranbir is busy shooting for his next next, Sanjay Dutt biopic at the moment, and will not be hosting the popular show. The actor’s spokesperson clarified that the reports are completely baseless and said, “Ranbir is not doing any TV show, he’s not even in talks for any show. These rumours are completely baseless. But the channel had probably approached the actor for the same. As when the rumours surfaced, the organisers of the show confirmed stating, “Ranbir Kapoor will be perfect for the grand opening episode of ‘Nach Baliye 8’. We are very excited and have our fingers crossed to see Ranbir Kapoor set the stage on fire with his dance and stage presence as host! Ranbir is a natural dancer and he will surely set a benchmark for the 10 jodis and prep them up for the entire season. If things go as planned, we might be shooting later this week.”

But turns out Ranbir is quite busy with his work commitments and cannot spare a single day.
