Did you know? Aamir Khan was almost a part of ‘Kung Fu Yoga’

Aamir Khan is without a doubt, one of the most sought after actors of the country. Not only in India, the actor has fans and admirers all over the world, one of them being director Stanley Tong, who has helmed ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, the first in the three film Indo-Chinese venture starring Jackie Chan.

Stanley is a fan of Aamir and was extremely keen on casting him in a special role for the film. But things did not work as planned. Stanley revealed the reason for the same, saying, “I love Aamir Khan. He was busy with his own films when we were to do this film (Kung Fu Yoga). He was doing ‘Dangal’, I haven’t seen the film yet but I would love to. If in future there is something for Aamir, I will definitely work with him.”

Stanley has however not lost hope and is willing to collaborate with Aamir soon.
