Irrfan Khan is an effortless actor and slays any character with utmost comfort. Therefore, we were not a bit surprised to learn that a director actually approached him for a female character!
Remember Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Revolver Rani’? It remains one of the most unconventional characters done by Kangana Ranaut. However, the character earlier went to Irrfan, who was enough interested to do it.
“I was offered the role of a woman in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Revolver Rani’ (2014). It was Kangana’s part. I had decided to do it, but there were some intimate scenes that I thought people will not enjoy,” he recently revealed.
Reportedly, this same flick has created differences between Kangana and Irrfan. In one of his earlier conversations, he had sarcastically remarked, “Kangana has gone so out of reach that I will work with her only if I wish to be a heroine.”
However, the two later came back to good terms!
