#DidYouKnowFact: Sanjay Dutt is a part of ‘Jagga Jasoos’ too!

Sanjay Dutt is mostly in news for his comeback vehicle ‘Bhoomi’ or his biopic wherein Ranbir Kapoor will be essaying the titular role. Looks like the veteran actor has bonded with Ranbir quite well. Hence, when the makers of Ranbir’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’ were considering many names for a crucial role in the film, Ranbir suggested Dutt’s name.

Not as an actor though! Dutt will be heard giving a narration throughout the Ranbir-Katrina starrer, which is said to be a musical journey. (Also Read: Ranbir Kapoor makes a surprising revelation of stalking ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif )

For those uninitiated, Ranbir’s character in the film stammers and hence has difficulties in speaking. Therefore, the conversations mostly happen through songs and the makers felt there should be a strong narration in order to keep the story flowing. It was then that Ranbir suggested Dutt’s name and the makers immediately agreed.

‘Jagga Jasoos’ , helmed by Anurag Basu, has faced numerous delays and is finally set to hit the theatres on July 14th.
