Farhan Akhtar – What’s important right now are Adhuna’s feelings

Bollywood is famous for its onscreen romances but at present it has become a hub of separation with many top jodi’s going their separate ways. The trend started with Hrithik Roshan and his lovely wife Sussanne Khan ending their 13 year old marriage. Now  a recent famous couple’s separation has become a major source of concern for all in Bollywood circles. We are talking about Farhan Akhtar and his lovely wife Adhuna Akhtar’s split after sixteen years of a perfect married life.

Farhan and Adhuna have been spotted constantly in each other’s company, be at any event or function. They have two lovely children to show for their sixteen years of togetherness. Apparently Shraddha Kapoor or Aditi Rao Hydari’s closeness to the star is being touted as the reason behind the split. But the way Farhan and Adhuna have been handling their split in a mature manner deserves an applaud.

Speaking on the matter Farhan Akhtar  said, ” I’m actually holding up pretty okay because it was amicably done. What’s important right now are her feelings, our children’s feelings and to make sure it’s as civil as possible.”

Truly a sad ending to such a perfect jodi.
