Finally! Asin Thottumkal is now Mrs Rahul Sharma

Actress AsinThottumkal tied the knot with her beau Rahul Sharma the co-founder of Micromax on January 19 at Dusit Devrana resort that is located at NH8, New Delhi. Earlier in the day the couple had a church wedding that was followed by a wedding as per Hindu rites in the evening. It was a very private affair with close friends and family in attendance.

For the Christian wedding, Asin Thottumkal was dressed in a lovely white wedding gown with Rahul in a black suit and a bow tie. It was attended by around 50 guests. Later a vegetarian luncheon spread was laid out for the guests with a huge wedding cake that was cut by the couple. Akshay Kumar who had introduced them was the best man at the wedding. Later everyone danced to the tunes of Delhi-based music group Elohim Worship band.

Later in the evening, the couple got married as per Hindu rites. Asin was looking pretty wearing a golden Sabyasachi lehenga. Whereas groom Rahul Sharma was in a white sherwani. A mandap was erected on a water body for the Hindu ceremony where the Jai mala and pheras took place. Akshay who played cupid to the couple attended the Hindu marriage too.
