Haha! Amitabh Bachchan mistakes his wax statue to be his photograph

The Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Delhi avails itself for public visit from this July. Prior to the event, a wax statue of superstar Amitabh Bachchan was unveiled at the curtain-raiser ceremony. It sure looked stunningly similar to Big B, and his own reaction is proof!

The actor took to Twitter to share the astonishment!

“this is a close up of the Madam Tussauds image in wax in Delhi … gosh I thought it was my photograph,” he wrote.

In a blue gala-bandh kurta and black trousers, the statue indeed resembles Bachchan perfectly.

The museum will sure be a treat for art lovers. Not just Bachchan but many eminent achievers from the country have made it there. The Delhi branch is going to be the first ever branch of Madame Tussauds Wax Museum (London) in India and 23rd branch in the world.
