Haseena Parkar’s family visits Shraddha Kapoor on sets!

After playing a singer in Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Rock On 2’, Shraddha Kapoor would next be seen playing a role of underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar. Directed by Apurva Lakhia, the film is based on the eventful life of Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena, who apparently was involved in many illegal activities carried out by the don. Shraddha’s real life brother Siddhanth Kapoor will be essaying the role of Dawood in this film. So the shoot for the same has begun and apparently, Haseena Parkar’s family visited Shraddha and Siddhanth on the sets.

A source revealed, “They (Haseena Parkar’s family) stayed for a few hours and were excited to interact with the film’s team. Shraddha and Siddhanth had a brief conversation with them, so did Ankur Bhatia who plays Ibrahim Parkar, Haseena’s husband, in the film. The Parkar family even complimented Ankur on his close resemblance to Ibrahim.”

Shraddha Kapoor will start shooting for the same from January. She has been preparing and would be meeting Haseena Parkar’s family often to get in to the skin of her character. On this, a source was quoted saying, “The family has been very cooperative and even let us borrow some of Haseena’s things, including her nose ring so stylist Eka Lakhani could make a duplicate for Shraddha who is likely to have a longer meeting with the family in December as part of her prep.”
