It is said that a person who dreams to be a well-known actor in the Bollywood industry faces a tough time establishing himself/herself if he/she does not hail from a prestigious Bollywood family. Being an outsider is no easy job in this industry, but for Anushka Sharma, who had no background in Bollywood whatsoever, being an outsider turned out to be a blissful situation.
In a recent interview, Anushka revealed that it was rather an advantage to her to not be from any Bollywood family. She said, “Being an outsider turned out to be an advantage for me. I didn’t come with any preconceived notions about the way you have to do things, so I just been exactly the way I am at home.”
