Prachi Desai wants to feature in an all-chic flick!

Prachi Desai is one of the few talents from television medium who has successfully made a mark for herself in the world of Bollywood. The actress is better known for her strong debut performance in ‘Rock On!!’. Much excited about this film’s sequel ‘Rock On!! 2’, Prachi recently shared a wish that it would have been great to have a film with all female cast members in it.

Talking about this to an agency, Prachi said, “Having a film on those lines would be a lot of fun. I don’t know why anyone hasn’t thought about that. Today, Bollywood is getting so much more experimental, why should women be behind.”

“The kind of camaraderie we women share, it is a subject worth going into. Even the audience today is accepting films of diverse genres,” added the actress.

Prachi even shared an interesting memory from the sets of this musical drama where she along with her co-stars Shahana Goswami and Koel Poorie used to joke around that if ‘Rock On!!’ was successful, there should be a film on film all girls band next.

‘Rock On!!’, released in the year 2008 was about a music band named Magik led by four boys, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Luke Kenny. Prachi Desai had played the role of Sakshi, wife of Farhan’s character Aditya.

Whereas talking about the sequel, ‘Rock On!! 2’ sees the addition of actress Shraddha Kapoor in the cast and is slated to hit theatres on November 11, 2016.
