Parvin Dabas plays the lead role in Vijit Sharma’s ‘Mirror Game’. The actor’s character looks quite interesting, and recently the director revealed why he opted to cast Parvin in the film.
Sharma said, “As a writer it really helps to have an image of what the character you are writing looks like, it just helps the creative process, and every time I thought of what Jay Verma looked like, Parvin’s image kept coming back to me. It helps that he is such a versatile actor and he can slip into any character with ease, but he was great for this role because of his demeanour that has remained consistent throughout his illustrious acting career and for which people love him. So you can essentially say that I wrote the role keeping him in mind and was really happy that he agreed to take the character and make it his own.”
‘Mirror Game’ also stars Pooja Batra in a pivotal role, and it will be hitting the screens on June 2, 2017. (Also Read: Vijit Sharma on ‘Mirror Game’: I wanted to make a film for the new breed of Indian audience)
