Confirmed: Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan to team up for YRF’s ‘Thug’

Yash Raj Films have brought together two of Bollywood’s exceptional actors for their upcoming flick ‘Thug’. Yes, it has finally been confirmed that for the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan will be working together for an YRF project. The movie that was in trouble since Hrithik Roshan walked out has now turned to be a lucrative project with the megastar and the Perfectionist all set to pit their acting skills in it.

Confirming the news Big B said, “It’s a great honour and privilege to be working with Aamir and to be working with Yash Raj again and also to work with Victor, I just look forward to that moment.”

‘Thug’ will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya of Dhoom fame. Along with Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan the movie will also have Jackie Shroff in an important role. The story of the film is said to be based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s novel ‘Confession of A Thug’ the shoot for which will commence next year.

The fans of the megastar and the Perfectionist are over the moon as it will be for the first time in his thirty year long career in Bollywood that Aamir Khan has come together with Big B for a film.
