Here’s what Parineeti Chopra has to say on replacing Kareena Kapoor Khan in ‘Golmaal Again’

A few days ago, director Rohit Shetty confirmed about Parineeti Chopra being his leading lady in the upcoming ‘Golmaal Again’. Parineeti has replaced Kareena Kapoor Khan who was a part of last ‘Golmaal’. Bebo is currently in the third trimester of her pregnancy and so it was logical to find a replacement for her. That’s when Parineeti was roped in who is leaner and fitter today and raring to go.

This is the first time that Pari will be seen in a comedy film and she is excited to be a part of this hit franchise. Speaking to a leading tabloid, Pari opened up on replacing Bebo in the film. She said, “I was always a cuckoo. No wonder they thought of me for this film. No one can fill Kareena‘s shoes. She lent a different charm to the story. Having said that, no actor is capable of doing a lesser or better job than the other. Mine is a completely new character and won’t have hangover of any of the previous films in the series.”

This girl has a point. We are going to miss Bebo’s sparkling presence in this movie, but Pari has her own charm and she is a great performer so it will be exciting to see her in a comic role.
