Irrfan Khan

Recently, in an interview to a popular daily, Irrfan Khan spoke about his concern over kids TV viewing preferences these days. He is worried that the youth of today is glued to English movies and sitcoms and doesn’t watch Hindi movies and sitcoms much.

Here’s what he said, “Kids prefer to watch English movies and sitcoms over our own films and series. It’s a grave concern. The West is slowly taking over the Indian market.”

The actor feels that Indian stories deserve more importance than stories from the West and feels that Indian adaptations of well-known American TV shows won’t be impactful enough.
