REVEALED: Shah Rukh Khan’s name in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring’

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is busy shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film which is tentatively titled ‘The Ring’. The Badshah is romancing his ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ co-star Anushka Sharma in the romantic drama. King Khan who has commenced the first schedule of the film from Prague that is expected to be wrapped up by September 6, has been sharing pictures with his fans on social network.

The first look of King Khan is quite colourful. He is seen sporting a grey blazer, ice-blue shirt, orange tie and dark blue pants posing on the streets of the Czech capital. Later the team is expected to move onto Budapest. About 80 percent of shooting will take place in Europe and rest in the state of Punjab.

The details of SRK’s character were kept under the wraps but have been revealed now. He is playing the role of Harinder Singh Nehra, a tour guide from Punjab. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma is depicting the role of a Gujarati girl whom he falls in love with.

Being an Imtiaz Ali film, we are sure that it will be a little hatke love story, as the man is known to explore the intense side of a man-woman relationship. The film is being produced and distributed by Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment and is expected to open in theatres during the Independence Day 2017 weekend.
