Richa Chadha to venture into Punjabi cinema

Actress Richa Chadha who was last seen in the movie ‘Sarbjit’ is all set to venture into Punjabi cinema. She has got some interesting offers from Punjabi film industry and is excited to foray into Punjabi cinema.

The movie ‘Sarbjit’ where Richa Chadha played the role of Sarabjit Singh’s wife, was set in Punjab. The movie got her rave reviews for her performance and now she is looking out to explore regional cinema.

Speaking to a daily she said, “Yes, there are some interesting offers that have come my way but I am taking my time to finalise things. I am glad that my performance was appreciated and it made other filmmakers feel that I could pull off something similar in a completely different industry.”

Apparently, Richa is reading three scripts and is open to offers from regional cinema and believes that script is the king. So if she likes any script, she wouldn’t mind being a part of the movie, language is not a barrier.

We really like how these actors are taking the extra effort to learn and gain more knowledge in terms of the roles they essay.
