Recent report around Hrithik Roshan’s deal with a channel for Rs. 550 crore drew a lot of attention. The actor was said to have given the rights to broadcast his next six films to a channel.
However, as it turns out, the information was not entirely correct. The actor has not merely signed a deal, but is actually going into partnership with the channel Star India for his forthcoming films. Also, the deal is not for six films. The contract actually is valid for his next five films. Another misleading fact was that the partnership would start next year, which is incorrect. It will actually start this year in August, with the release of actor’s next film, ‘Mohenjo Daro’.
Confirming the same Hrithik said, “Yes, I have collaborated with Star. They are my partners on my next five movies.”
