I am not playing any role in ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, says Fatima Sana Shaikh

Lately, reports were making the rounds that after winning hearts with her brilliant performance in ‘Dangal’, actress Fatima Sana Shaikh is all ready to team up with superstar Aamir Khan once again. This time in his upcoming project ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’. But certainly, there’s a sad news for everyone who were looking forward to see Aamir and Fatima in one frame yet again. The actress has confirmed that she is not working on this project as of now.

Reportedly, it was heard that Aamir had recommended Fatima’s name for ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ which stars him along with megastar Amitabh Bachchan for the first time on silver screen. (Also Check: PICS: Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Shaikh are the new gym buddies)

Talking to the reporters at the ceremony of Zee Cine Awards 2017, Fatima said, “What should I say? All I know is that a film named ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ is being made.”

“I am not playing any role (in ‘Thugs of Hindostan’). If I get it then good. Someone please give me a role in that film I want to do ‘Thugs of Hindostan’,” added the ‘Dangal’ actress.

Apart from Fatima, the names of actresses Alia Bhatt, Vaani Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor being a part of this film, is also making it to the headlines, but still there’s no confirmation on it as of yet.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ is slated to release during the festive time of Diwali in 2018.
