After ‘Queen’, there was a lot of hullabaloo surrounding the amount Kangana Ranaut charges to be a part of a film. She was being termed as the highest paid actress of the Bollywood industry and in fact, at various interactions, Kangana herself confessed that she is the top actress to be paid a bomb for a film. When it was ‘Queen’, Rs 11 crore was the number which made it to the internet as her fee, but with the turn of events, you will be shocked to know, how much Kangana is being paid to be a part of ‘Rangoon’.

If reports are to be believed, then Kangana is just being paid Rs 3 crore for Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Rangoon’. Yes, that the shocking amount which probably makes us scrutinize her self proclaimed tag of being the highest paid actress. Rs 3 crore doesn’t seem to be a big amount for an actress who is considered to be the reigning queen of Bollywood. So does that mean she lied all the while about the money she is earning? We have no clue! But if there is any truth behind these fee speculations, then it seems that Kangana’s biggest lie has been busted!

Anyway, ‘Rangoon’ also stars Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. The film is being helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj and is set in the backdrop of World War II.
